From pink velvet chairs by Knoll to black marble side tables, our friends at Studio DB turn a multi-story penthouse in SoHo into a comfortable, contemporary home. Custom details round out the space: a site-specific installation by Christina Watka and works from ten Uprise Art artists, including Erin Lynn Welsh, Alma Charry, and Laura Naples.
Erin Lynn Welsh translates her own film photographs into paintings, which focus on the sublime and ethereal qualities of the American landscape. She shoots on square-format film, which results in the composition of her paintings.
