The Toronto duplex of Rachel Elliott (Lio Projects) becomes a warm sanctuary through a highly-personal art collection and rich textures. Each area of the art advisor's home tells a story, from the custom Karina Bania painting above the couch, acquired at a time of transition and aptly titled On the Horizon, to the Christina Watka Light Totem sculpture in the kitchen, part of a series shared by each of her family members. Scroll through for the full tour.

I’ve collected art at different phases of my life. Some pieces commemorate places I’ve been, while other pieces make me feel connected to the artist’s voice and process.
