Brittany Ferns
Working with natural ochres and pigments that are native to the Australian earth, Brittany Ferns' paintings are poetic musings on where mythology and personal narrative intersect.
Inspired by the rich heritage of folk art and the allure of timeless antique treasures, my paintings evoke a sense of nostalgia. The past is not forgotten, but rather re-imagined - breathing new life into age-old stories and symbols.
